Materials

At El Nido Villas, every material has been carefully selected to balance durability, simplicity, and long-term ease of use, especially for owners who plan to rent their homes seasonally or year-round. Solid concrete forms the structural backbone, chosen for its strength, longevity, and resistance to humidity and pests. Locally sourced hardwoods bring warmth and character while supporting regional craftsmanship. Tile and glass finishes were chosen for their resilience and ease of cleaning, ensuring each space can transition effortlessly between personal use and guest stays without compromising on quality or comfort.
